Volio PolyKeg White Sparkling Wine
This line of Volio sparkling keg wines was created in partnership with Enoica Wines in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. These are pleasurable, fun wines, meant to be enjoyed daily. These 20-liter Polykegs are an excellent, more efficient, sustainable option for restaurants pouring sparkling wine by the glass.
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow color with fine and persistent perlage. Intensely floral and fruity with crisp apple. This dry, balanced wine is a perfect on-tap aperitif.
Vinification
Soft pressing with no skin maceration. Very slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures (16°-18°C). Sparkling process is done using the Charmat method in pressurized stainless steel tanks.
